TEAM
Our team is a diverse collective of talented, dedicated stylists united by a common passion: creating hair styles that are a true reflection of the individuals who wear them.
Inspired by education, artistry, and connection, we believe every client deserves more than a cut; they deserve a style sculpted with knowledge and care.
PINKY
Pinky Poon Suk Lai is the visionary behind &Space. and has spent years redefining what it means to be a hair stylist and creative. Drawing from her experience of cutting hair in Hong Kong, London, and in guest shifts worldwide, she focuses on education and structure in haircut design so that every creation can be as long-lasting as it is beautiful. Pinky’s vision is rooted in fostering a community where everyone—clients, stylists, and creatives alike—feel valued. &Space. was born out of her desire to create an environment where creativity thrives without judgment—a studio that feels both cutting-edge and welcoming.
MING
Ming began his barbering career in Melbourne before returning to Hong Kong to continue refining his craft. His style gives classic barbering a modern twist, often inspired by the smooth, timeless looks of the 1920s Gatsby era. To Ming, barbering is as much about the culture and community as it is about the haircut. Outside of the shop, he is passionate about music, playing piano and guitar. On his days off you will probably see him drinking coffee and hunting for old school records around Hong Kong.
JEESON
Jeeson’s journey into barbering began with a pair of scissors at 15, cutting his own hair and then experimenting on friends. After honing his craft in the UK, he now blends a modern, creative approach with a passion for tailored, client-first styling. Winner of Hong Kong's creative haircut championship, Jeeson thrives on designing unique looks that amplify personal style, viewing barbering as “makeup for men.
BENJI
Benji is a true Hong Kong local. Initially pushed into hair cutting by his family, he fell in love with the art when a stylist gave him his first great cut. A perfect haircut for him should reveal the personality of his clients rather than the trends of the day. Other than cutting hair, Benji is also a b-boy and tattoo artist.
TOBY
Originally from Hanoi, Vietnam, Toby started cutting hair at 17 after discovering barbering on YouTube. She’s particularly drawn to classic old-money styles with a modern edge and would love to see more punk rock and 80s shag cuts in HK. Cool, fashionable, and always in tune with trends, Toby brings an artistic eye for detail to everything she does.
